We Know It’s Not the NBA Finals, But it Might as Well Be

With the Kings about to be eliminated anytime this week barring an improbable win streak by us/collapse by other California teams, you, Kings fan, might find yourself apathetic about the NBA “two year long” playoffs coming up. Well fear no more. Your Kings Dancers have taken up the ball and are currently vying for a spot in the semifinals of the NBA Dance Team Bracket. The term ‘dribble penetration’ has taken on a whole new meaning, hasn’t it?

However, the times are about to get rough, because they’re facing the cream of the crop in such hotspots like Denver, Miami, Toronto, Houston (Wait, HOUSTON? Even the manliest of Texan men stay out of Houston. We’re perplexed by that one.) We do have to wonder about the state of NBA Dancers when the famous Laker Girls get chopped off in the first round, but it’s not stopping us from voting, and neither should you.

So, it isn’t exactly clanging cowbells at Arco, but hey, we might as well try and win something this year right?
