2007 Cal Picnic Day, Lower Sproul, 11 AM-2 PM. Man, nothing brings up thoughts of summer more than a nice barbeque on homeless-infested, urine-stenched Lower Sproul.
2007 Telegrah Day, Upper Sproul, 11 AM- 2 PM. One of the few events where hippies might have contributed to history.
Haas Carnival, Haas Courtyard, 5-8 PM. Let the corporate whoring begin.
Pan’s Labryinth, Wheeler Auditorium, 7-9 PM. You might be expecting a snide remark, but this is a good film. Just make sure you don’t watch what happens to one guy’s mouth tooo closely.
Lindy on Sproul, Upper Sproul, 7:45 PM-midnight. Berkeley will never ever be square when there are swing dancers patrolling the night hours.
Indus Banquet, Sir Francis Drake Hotel in SF, 8 PM. Because you can never get drunk on emotional emptiness just once…
Over the Rainbow: The Big Queer Dance, Pauley Ballroom, 9 PM. We don’t have a date, so I guess we’ll pass here.
“Back in the Day” PCN Afterparty, Fina Estampa in SF, 9:30 PM. Isn’t an afterparty supposed to be in the hours after? Not the week after? We quibble because we’re killjoys.
