Still Think Communism Is Better?

Yes, if you’ve wandered far enough into the cartoon, that brown looking amorphous panda is indeed the Russian form of Winnie the Pooh. We weren’t exactly quite sure it was a bear because of how shitty everything looks. In fact, even for animation, these are pretty shitty production values. Almost all the props and back scenery look like they’re a step up from squiggly lines. Apparently an actual kid was in charge of the Soviet animation department.

Oh well. Sacrifices must be made for the Motherland. If one of the three dimensions necessary for spatial artistry must go, it must go! The children of Mother Russia must be fed tonight (seriously, they really need food)! And the bizarre pig reverence by Communists that started in Animal Farm lingers here–despite the shoddy animation, Piglet still manages to be unbelievably adorable.
